I joined more than 60 industry leaders at one of Central Europe’s key events on photovoltaics and energy storage.
My session focused on Retrofits & Yield Optimization of PV Plants, how to extend the lifetime and improve the performance of early-generation assets.

With Czechia entering a new phase of post-FiT renewables, I shared how retrofits are becoming the bridge between the first PV boom and the next wave of merchant and hybrid projects.

It was great to exchange ideas with so many experts driving the next decade of solar in Central Europe.
